Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty

Hao Yujie:
Your conduct on May 4, 2008 of organizing an illegal
religious gathering in Baiyu Community, Henan Street, Yanji City has violated provisions
as set in Article 33 of "Regulations on Religious Affairs of Jilin
Province." Pursuant to Clause 1, Article
50 of "Regulations on Religious Affairs of Jilin Province," this agency is
planning to impose the following administrative penalties on you:
1.
Announce
that the so-called Loyalty Christian Church of Yanji is hereby abolished.
2.
Order
Hao Yujie to stop all proselytizing activities.
If you have disagreement on the above administrative
penalty, you may make a statement or present an argument at Yanji Municipal
Bureau for Ethnic Religious Affairs by May 15, 2008 pursuant to the relevant
provisions set in the "Law of Administrative Penalty of the People's Republic
of China." Failure to do so by the due
date shall be regarded as forfeiture of your rights to making statements or
arguments.
