(Fuqing, Fujian—Jan. 6, 2016) China Aid received several videos documenting the forced demolition of a house church on Jan. 6 in China’s coastal Fujian province.

In the footage, government personnel dressed in camouflage uniforms haul Christian protesters away from the wreckage of Yulin Christian Church and batter the church building with heavy machinery. This is the first church demolition to take place in China in 2016.

At this time, China Aid has not obtained additional information regarding this case.

The full video footage can be viewed below.

China Aid exposes religious freedom abuse, such as the demolition of Yulin Christian Church, in order to promote religious freedom and rule of law in China.
