(Washington, D.C.—Jan. 15, 2014) The Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C. will host a two-day program about various human rights crises throughout the world in 2014 on Jan. 22-23, in which China Aid founder and President Bob Fu will participate.
The program, titled “Human Rights Hotspots: The Middle East, China, Russia, and Cuba,” will feature discussions about the human rights situation in the Middle East, Asia and Russia from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22, and two separate discussions on the situation in Cuba from 9:30-11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 23.
Thursday’s schedule is as follows: The Middle East, 9:30-11 a.m., Asia 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Russia 1:30-3 p.m.
The event is open to the public. Thursday’s sessions will be held in the Allison Auditorium, and Friday’s session will be held in the Lehrman Auditorium, both at The Heritage Foundation.
